Will it Stick to Plastic when using it as an acrylic paint pouring medium?

it will stick to anything your paint normally sticks to ...so yes:)

Is this stuff non-toxic, & acid-free?

I don’t know about either of those, but the bottle says “harmful if swallowed.” I’ve never had any issues with it. It is a latex based paint additive...

What is the difference between flotrol additive and flotrol conditioner?

🤔 I’m not sure. I’ve only used glottal additive

How do you use thehow is the flood flotrol used? additive that comes with the kit?

Mix it with acrylic paint (recipes all over the web) to make it more pourable. The silicone is used to make the paint separate into patterns - look up pour painting for samples.
