Is the new pump better?

We tested lots of pumps and we think this works very well. Our peel solution is very effective, but requires specialized packaging. If solution pump stops dispensing, gently push the tip of a straighten paper clip into the small hole on the bottom of the bottle. We use an airless pump and removing the excess air will restore function.

When i first took the cap off the pump a teaspoon of product splashed out. then the pump wouldn't work at all. i lost a lot. how does pump work?

Oh..that happened once but it eventually worked. I would see if they’ll replace the kit ..usually pump works fine.

What does glycolic do for your skin?

It dissolves the top layers of dead skin and sebum that clogs the pores and leaves the skin looking dry and dull.

Is this the newest version? (relaunched 2016(?), jojoba instead of microbeads, etc)
