I'm so impressed how great this pitcher's quality is. I expected flimsy plastic and a thin as paper infuser, nope! This is a very solid pitcher and the infuser/ice cores are great. My family has latched onto this pitcher and we all have started drinking more water and cutting out the soda. I, myself, using a 16 ounce tumbler, can get 5-6 refills out of this pitcher before having to refill. It looks great, feels great, leaves no plastic taste, and is an amazing buy. 100% recommend.

I bought to pitcher with defusers and I was very happy with one of them, I needed both for my daughter's shower or I would have returned the one. It cam to me with a broken top. Other wise the pitcher works very well and I love the size of it.

The lid is hard to get back into place. It ended up chipping off a piece of the side when we were trying to put the lid back into place. It's still usable and well made though. Keeps water super cold and fresh. If the lid were easier to get on/off, it would easily be a 5 star product.

I purchased this product a little less than 2 weeks ago. At first it was great. The diffuser held a lot and made great tasting beverages. Then about three days in I noticed spider web fractures in the diffuser. They didn't seem to go through to the other side so I wrote them off as purely cosmetic.After a week of light use the cracks grew and fractured through. The plastic became unstable but the diffuser was still usable.Then today while removing the pitcher from the fridge the handle simply came clean off in my hand.Only two weeks and basic use and it has become a useless heap. I can't recommend a product that breaks within days.

The pitcher looks great but once you connect the ice core into the lid, it feels like it’s falling off. Very hard to pour a heavy container when the lid is unstable.

The quality of this product is great! Exactly the design i was looking for. Holds enough fruits to give the water the flaoring without making it muddy. Would highly recommend.

This is a great pitcher. It is the right size and does what I intended. You can definitely taste the fruit from the infuser. My kids love it too. They actually started drinking more water.

Cool idea. Worked great the first couple times I used it. Broke a piece off the top the third time I used it, but still works fine, and, I was definitely forcing the top to turn rather than finessing it, so I'll take the brunt of the blame for that (it's pretty thin plastic, but what do you expect at under $20)

Effetto un po' "plasticoso".Per quanto riguarda il funzionamento, abbiamo notato che mettendo il ghiaccio la bevanda non viene rinfrescata come se il ghiaccio fosse nell'acqua..
