Really Nice Beach Bike!
I got this for my granddaughter (age 15) for a trip to the beach. I have bought two other beach bikes from these folks over the years and they are all excellent. I got her a single speed cruiser - they are very light, easy to assemble, and very forgiving of road surfaces. Highest recommendation. Note - this is not a big for off roading, or for high speed riding. It is what it is - a great bike for recreation or for city use. Lock it up when not using it - where ever you are, there are people who would "borrow" a nice bike like this without hesitation if it isn't secured.

Cruiser bike for wife
It was easy to assemble. The bike comes 80% assembled. So most people shouldn't have a problem. They will need their own tool and grease since it is not provided. The bike was a present for my wife. She said that it is comfortable to ride. This bike is actually built good for the price. My wife didn't need a expensive bike like my bikes but I also didn't want to get her a Walmart bike. After researching Firmstrong was rated in the top 5 for Lady cruiser bikes. My wife like the color scheme and design so Firmstrong was the brand. The bike did have a slightly bent spoke also it was loose. Not the company fault cause the did a great job in packaging the bike. Some were along the line with the delivery company the outside package was damage. Contacted Firmstrong ,sent pictures. Tom in customer service said sorry about the rim. He said that a new rim would be sent. It was sent out that day. I would recommend this bike for anyone looking for a good looking ,sturdy bike to crusie around on.

The wife should really be posting this, I bought it for her for Mother's Day (White & Pink, yuk). She loves it and was very pleased with the girly color scheme. Some have indicated in their reviews that this was a bit hard to put together? I experienced no trouble, and had it put together in about 10 minutes. I was a bit concerned when I began the assembly because the frame looked so small initially. My wife is about 5' 8", and I did not want her to feel like she was dwarfing the bike and riding with her knees to her chin. However, after getting the wheels, handlebars, pedals, and saddle on, it was a great fit. It looks like it could easily be adjusted (saddle & handlebars) to fit someone several inches taller. The bike came with nice tires and a good urban tred pattern; wide and big enough to make for a smooth ride on rough pavement or dirt pathways (Phoenix, AZ canal system). She says the saddle is very comfortable and the upright "cruiser" style is the way she prefers to ride a bike. I bought the single speed; not much need for gears in the flat city in which we live. The coaster break system works smoothly and stops the bike without problem. Again, she loves the bike and because I picked it out and bought it for her, I think she'l keep me for at least another year.

GREAT BEACH CRUISER.
I got the color yellow and it’s the same as the photo. It’s a great beach cruiser for those long summer night bike rides with friends! The seat is comfortable and easy to peddle. I highly suggest this bike! Oh and it was easy to put together, always a plus. Off into the sunset on my bike I go.

Happy with the purchase, with some caveats
Here's what you need to put this bike together: a small Phillip's screwdriver, a 6mm hex key, a small pliers, and a socket set that includes the 15mm size (not all do! check). Additionally, you'll need a little bike grease when putting parts together. If you can borrow some, do it; you don't need much. The tools you need to assemble the bike should be made clear at Amazon (there IS a list on the box), because I didn't have half this stuff and had to buy it, which delayed using the bike AND cost me more than I wanted to spend. Is it easy to assemble? Once you have all the tools, yes. Took me about an hour, because I was methodical about it. How does it ride? Very smooth, though the front wheel is looser than I'd like. Additionally: I'm 67 and getting stiff. Lifting my leg OVER the bar causes me some pain. I would have preferred a step-through bike, but I do like the look of this one. It's pretty.

Fun way to get out and about town.
I bought this bike a few months ago. It arrived promptly and was packaged very well. No marks or bends on any part of the bike. The color is a beautiful cream color. My favorite baseball team is the SF Giants...so that's their white...my husband got the Orange bike..but he's a flashy guy. I find the seat to be just fine. I've ridden easily fifty miles (over time!) on this bike and I feel fine afterwards. Sweaty, but fine. I wanted an affordable, well made bike for cruising around town and also for riding the local city made trails. It has been perfect for that. I like the fact that I can use it for exercise, or to bike to just run errands or go out to dinner. You can look really cute on this bike. It's fun and you can also have great posture which I appreciate as other bikes often cause we to bend over more toward the handle bars and it makes my back ache. I recommend this bike.

Built for CRUISING and Crusing is a good thing
I can't say enough about this bicycle, I love it like I loved my first new car, it's so nice, smooth ride, I even get to sit upright, which does wonders for my back, as the new models of bicycles force you to bend down. The seat, so far, has been better than anything else I try to replace it with, so the one that comes with the bike always goes back onto the bike. No more experimenting with seats, this one works well.... The bumps in the road are so so so much better to deal with, I have been "forced" to hit holes and other road hazards while trying not to get hit, and I am consistently surprised and impressed by the smooth ride. Since receiving the bicycle, I started with riding several blocks, and at this time, I take daily rides from 6 to 10 miles in 2 mile increments throughout the day. About 6 weeks of riding at the time of this review. I have not ridden a bicycle in more than 20 years. I added a basket, a mirror, lights (for earlier morning ride and to alert/visible) and my husband laughs at how I've "pimped" my ride. I just love love love it. 5foot 2inches, losing inches and weight, but currently 165 lbs, sixty years old. Assembled myself, not too hard to do.

Not safe to ride and lacking any concern for people and planet from Amazon.
"Firmstrong" bicycle is not. Bicycle arrived with no damage and assembled easily following excellent instructions, and would be as pretty and functional as advertised, so I would give it 5 stars, if not for the fact the pedal brake is not strong enough for a quick stop even at low speed, so not safe to ride. After some use (which I can manage carefully) the breaks wore-in and worked ok. The manufacturer could very easily have checked the brakes before shipping, in as much as the product is packed by hand with brake installed. I hope by blowing the whistle, Amazon will withdraw this product and require a recall. We are now in a global resource emergency resulting in large part by a failure of responsible marketing, especially a standard of no accountability at point of sale for product development. How is the consumer to know whether this product was developed responsibly? Buyers on Amazon have no way to assess this aspect, and Amazon has the clout to make sure there is a way to know, but does not. Amazon is negligent, and so the negligence by Amazon on safety and resource concerns earn it one star.
