I was genuinely surprised by how good this popcorn is. Two and a half minutes in the microwave and it’s ready, with almost every kernel popped and not a single burnt piece. The texture is great – light, fluffy and still has that lovely crunch. The sweet and salty flavour is well balanced across the whole bag and tastes like proper cinema popcorn when it’s warm. There’s a slight sweetener taste instead of real sugar, but it’s a fair trade for fewer calories and great value. I’d happily buy it again – perfect for a film night treat.

My mouth is watering just writing this review, lol. This popcorn is so incredibly tasty. Perfect sweet to salty ratio. I took mine to the cinema to avoid the crazy cinema prices for popcorn, and it was just so much tastier than cinema popcorn anyway. I'm often finding with cinema popcorn that the flavour ratio varies with each piece of popcorn, some even feeling like they have zero sugar or salt on them at all. But every single piece of popcorn in this bag has a perfect coating of salt and sugar. So I can just grab one piece at a time and know that it's going to be delicious without hoping to "get a good one" on the next grab, lol.

We tried this brand as we knew the name and had started to think that out usual brand, Propercorn, was becoming a bit tasteless. For a lower cost (and a slightly larger packet size) than Propercorn in our local supermarket, this product provides a better taste. I’d say it’s a winner in terms of value for money and quality of product.

Its exactly what you are expecting it to be , when cooked it fills a 2 liter measuring jug so it's a large portion best eaten over the course of half an hour or so The flavour could have been better distributed on the corn as some had no flavouring while some had slightly too much In my experience you want to cook it for about a minute longer than the packaging says to Its not the cheapest popcorn in the world but unless you want to spend 50 quid on a proper popcorn popping machine it's the best you can get My box was best before 8 months after receiving it , so plenty of shelf life left Solid recommendation

I bought this Butterkist Sweet and Salted Microwave Popcorn for £2.10 and it’s a nice, easy snack for film nights. It pops well in the microwave and smells great. The mix of sweet and salty is balanced, though a bit on the sugary side for me. The texture is light and crunchy, with a decent amount in each bag, even if the size varies. I like that it’s made from wholegrains and has no artificial stuff. Overall, it’s tasty and convenient, but I wouldn’t want it too often. Good value, especially with Prime delivery.
