Red Copper 5 Minute Chef by BulbHead Includes Recipe Guide

This is our 2nd Red Copper Chef because we love it so much! One for home and the other I ordered seven years ago for my husband's truck. He is a long haul truck driver out for 18 days at a time and he cooks all his meals. With this he sauté veggies, steaks, chicken, sausages, omelettes, pancakes, grilled cheese, stuffed wrap sandwiches and heated brownies, plus so much more. Because the top closes cooking time is quicker and nothing has ever burnt. Awesome thing is that it cleans up with a paper towel. There are recipes that come with it that we have not tried. We have brought it with us into hotel rooms and on vacation. I put a stick of butter to give you an accurate size.

It is very easy to use, compact and convenient. We barely use a pan for eggs since purchasing. We make 2 egg omelettes, grilled cheese and quesadillas in it. Easy to clean with wet papertowels but be careful because of hot surface. Sometimes the ready lite goes on and off but not a big deal since we set a timer on the microwave when using it. Love it and would buy another if it ever stops working! PS...I read alot of reviews before purchasing saying that their eggs exploded when using. You are not supposed to latch it closed. Leave latch open and you will not have a problem. Read instructions for helpful hints.

This little thing turned out to be one of my favorite gifts this year. It is so nice to be able to toss in a couple of eggs, or mixed with cheese and get such an amazing meal in minutes. All the picky eaters in the family, (Pretty much everyone) has really been thrilled with all the dishes the I have made with it. A real bonus not to have to use a lot of oil as the ant-stick properties are superb. Easy to clean as well. Five stars for me. A kitchen must.

The Red Copper Chef is not only easy to use but easy to clean up, the eggs do not stick & it fries or scramble.s I have now purchased three Red Copper Chefs...one for my mother-in law, one for my best friend & one for a neighbor. They are inexpensive too....which is a huge plus. If I want a fried egg over easy with a bacon flavor, I will save a bit of bacon grease to brush on the surface and then crack my eggs into it and bake. Also, the Red Copper Chef can go with you when staying at hotels or any where an electrical outlet is located. The Red Copper Chef is a good must//

Makes egg making very easy. The no stick finish has a tendency to wear out. I started using olive oil to lubricate and it caught fire. The new one I just wipe the olive oil on the surface. Less mess. The non stick surface is not ideal.

Thus is the most AMAZING item I have ever used for eggs!!! PERFECT EVERY TIME!! I look forward to my eggs every day now! Beautiful easy over eggs, scrambled, or omelette!! 2-3 minutes from start to finish, and NO OIL NEEDED!! NO CLEAN UP required, just wipe with paper towel!! No washing pans, (much less, finding one that doesn’t stick) cleaning stove , etc!!! Can’t speak yet on how long the finish will last, but at this point, I would purchase a new one every 6 months if necessary!! (Hope I don’t have to, but I would) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ITEM!!!

I've been using an omelette maker for a good few years now, so I have a bit of background when it comes to cooking with these. I unfortunately had to trash that one since part of cooker was peeling off since I would something have to scrape some of the egg off that was clinging to the sides (the non-stick spray I was using did not seem to help). Having a cooker that is non-stick helps a lot to avoid the issues of having non-stick sprays slide down the sides and give weaker coating in those areas. I appreciate how easy it is to clean after cooking. By the time I finish eating my meal, the cooker will be clean enough to wipe down, and all it really needs is a quick wipe with a damp cloth and it's good for the next meal. If it was up to me, I'd give it a label saying "hassle free cleaning" (or something along those lines, lol). I was a bit skeptical at first of the 5-minute cooking, but it actually does cook that fast. My old cooker took 10 minutes, so this is a nice upgrade in addition to the non-stick! I bought this product at $38.40, and I feel like that's one hell of a deal for a product like this. Definitely a lot of bang for your buck.

I have requested to return the item. I am still waiting for the reply, its been 2 months. bad product, not happy at all. Used only once, and I don't think I will ever use it again. Wonder if Amazone can do something about the matter? Wrote twice to the owner but not reply. ????? I do not reccommed this product to anyone, AVOID.
