bought this item to use on an upcoming kayaking weekend trip. This is perfect for lightweight camping/backpacking etc. It easily fits a fuel canister, the pocket stove, and a sponge and would fit a seasoning container as well. The mesh bag could certainly be used for multiple purposes when out in the field. I have used this dozens of times and it works as needed. Just to post an update. This coolest works well but the Optimus weekend he is a superior product in that it allows you to boil water MUCH faster. In the long run the fuel savings will pay for itself.

Lightweight and worked well making spaghetti on some hiking trips. Great size for mini stoves.

For the price of this pot set it is definitely an good value. After a friend of mine bought this set for so cheap I almost rethought my purchase of a much more expensive titanium pot. This set is very light and packs small. You can easily fit you camp stove or fuel canister into it to save space. The only down side is that there is nothing to hold together the top and bottom of this set and it fits loosely into the mesh carry sack meaning that it will rattle around a bit unless you do something to snug the set together. Again though, for the price, this is an excellent value.
