If you´re cooking Pork please follow this instructions: 1. ¨Butterfly¨ the pork joint to make sure thickness averages 1.5 to 2 inches to ensure even cooking. 2. Add the seasoning and rub well in, making sure all areas are seasoned. 3. Marinate overnight in refrigerator. 4. Start cooking at medium heat, and then reduce heat to lowest setting and cook slowly until tender. Enjoy!!!

I have received medium when the photo says hot. How do i make sure you know i want whats in the photo?

All the spur tree jerk marinade have the same flavor profile, just more seeds in the hot...if you got the wrong product, and are dissatisfied...that's between you and amazon
