Will this product ease aches and pains

There are no guarantees but it removed the pain from inflammation of my knees within a few days. Also seems to have general beneficial effects for me.

Sorry don't know. I just take one a day. One capsule is 600mg. Would say that it would take at least four capsules for one teaspoon.

How much actual turmeric is included, compared to how much ‘bulking agent”?
