This item has been very helpful with easing pain on my hip. Easy to sprayed on the area, wait for a while then get up. Be careful if you spray on a floor as can be slippery. Read instructions.

My go to pre run spray
Use this all the time pre-run. Definitely feels like it works, love the menthol smell. Pump only works from vertical which can be annoying but I spray it on my hand and rub it in if any areas I can't get to.

I don't know if it helps or of it a placebo but i use it, I have purchased more products from the company. There is some kind of release.
