Is there a Size chart? My sone is 2.5, but he is big for his age 33lbs. Would this work for him?

It might be a little big, my 7-year old wore it and it is easy to tighten. I highly recommend this sling. It is the only one that truly supported her arm and didn’t have her arm slide out. I would try it for your son, if I were you. We bought a bunch of different ones and this one was the best.

Is the lower arm sling removable? We only need to immobilize the shoulder.

Yes, friend. The arm sling can be removable, you can use it alone. By the way, could you tell us why you only need to use it? Our professional physician team will help you more.
