0.4 Inch 2 Left or Right Full Length Insoles Balancer and Additional Cushion Pad for Leg Length Discrepancy (2 Medium Lefts)

Bought for leg length discrepancy after surgery, this is hands-down the best I found after trying several. It is dense enough that it provides the needed height increase while still being flexible enough to allow for a comfortable walk. Love that they come either 2 right or 2 left, since only one side is needed to address LLD. Also love that it is the full length of the shoe so it stays securely in place without shifting. Easy to trim with scissors. It’s also easy to take in and out of my shoe, which comes in handy as it allows me to try my insert in other shoes when shoe-shopping. If I had one thing I’d change would be if it could somehow be breathable without compromising the way it works as my foot gets a bit hot at times when it’s hot outside, but it’s wonderful enough as-is that I’m going to stock up on extras as I never want to be without. I wear Skechers hands free slip on tennis shoes and it fits easily into most of the styles I’ve tried.

Just what I needed. Knee replacement left the good leg 1/4” shorter, causing a lot of pain. Wool liners work well but compact down over time. I think these will not do that. They even things outn so I can walk more evenly and take the strain of my IT band.

I ended up with a leg discrepancy after this and that were replaced. It's small enough so that a shoe insert can take care of it on one side. So I'm glad these are sold by the left or right side unlike ridiculously expensive superfeet etc. I've been using mine for a month and they still seem to give me enough lift and are very comfortable when I walk 5 miles. I need a half inch. Why is it only 0.4 of an inch? Please make half-inch inserts for height discrepancy because these are the best for the price - and I've tried many

Nice to have full length that can be used for either leg when used for leg length discrerpancy.

After an accident caused a 10mm discrepancy in my left leg, I tried many different in-shoe heel lifts. This Balansole one is the best one yet. .4 inches is exactly 10 mm which is what I needed. I like that it tapers a bit to .2 inches, or 5 mm in the toe, and that you can cut it to size. Not all shoes fit, but those that do work great.

Very disappointing product in my opinion The lift is only on the heel which causes a pretty sharp slope in the shoe so my toes were slamming against the front of my shoe which leaves one foot on a heel while the other foot isn't? What a stupid design. I think this was designed by someone who's legs are the exact same length because I want my ENTIRE foot lifted, not just the heel in an awkward way. The slope of the heel really should continue further into the foot instead of falling off so rapidly, forcing me stand on a weird slant. Also the squish factor, the heel is VERY squishy which sounds ok but in practice it's not great. It's so bulky inside your shoe but not in any sort of efficient way to actually help the leg difference. It could be less bulky and fit inside shoes better if it wasn't so overly squishy. I'm surprised these have such a high star rating ****** Editing to say that I was sent the wrong size. I ordered .04" size and received .08" size first but was sent the correct size later so I upped the rating but I still think they are too squishy and don't like the heel only design, especially the thicker version

Double knee replacement 2014, end result was my right leg ended up shorter than the left. Quite a few months before I realized the discrepancy. It was not a huge discrepancy But enough that every so often my left foot would stub on the ground and cause a possible fall. Looked into many possibilities of compensating for it. Did not want to go the route of expensive ortho shoes or sending my personal shoes to a company to remove the sole and install adjusted sole’s. tried the peel off heel inserts, full length shoe gel inserts using just the right insert, and heel only gel inserts. Not satisfied with any of them. Then found these Inserts and gave them a try. First off, great that they send you two for the same foot. Could feel the difference when standing and walking. I felt even. The previous choices I still felt a little lean to the right. longevity don’t know yet. Just started using these at the beginning of the year. Regardless, if it was three months or six months, I would still buy because they work.

Pretty comfortable. Good quality I’ve been using them about a year now.
