From tip to bottom of the handle is 18 inches

Now this is probably a dumb question but is it real and if it is is it sharp and what metal is it made out of?

It's real. It is a show stopper. Dont know the metal. It has some good weight to it. It is a real full tang knife. Its wort it just for the looks alone

does the rambo III come with a sheath

Yes. It's a pretty good sheath. The knife is so big it comes down to my knee. I'm 5foot 7 if that helps
