Fairly easy to assemble - straightforward instructions. It looks very nice out on our deck. We have the garbage can that matches. The wheel-locking mechanism is not terribly secure. Be careful if it's even a little windy - ours blew over on a day that was just sort of breezy. The cooler was empty so I guess light enough to fall over - the handle popped off and the front edge of the lid got badly scraped. I was able to put handle back on and everything functions but can't do anything about the scrapes. When empty, keep this somewhere secure (in your garage? shed?) so it doesn't roll/tip over. You can't put drinks in here that are not already cold - if you do, they won't GET cold just from sitting in ice. They'll stay nice and cold in there but only if already cold from your refrigerator. You'll need at least a couple bags of ice. When draining, you have to kind of use your fingers to pinch and pull up the inner white lining to create a sort of funnel - this way all the melted ice can run right out the center drainage hole.

My pool is not attached to my house, so when we go hang for a longer period of time I like to bring snack/drinks. This has a great storage area on the bottom that I use for sunscreen, sunhats, ect. A paper towel holder on one side, and a nice little "basket" on the other side. PLUS the top opens into a cooler.

This cooler ROCKS! I only 4 stars because the assembly takes quite a bit of time, directions aren't that great, and is frustrating enough to cause bickering between husband and wife. Or so I've heard *cough*. Storage capacity is WAY bigger than I expected, even after reading reviews that said as much prior to purchase. The first thing I put in it was a 30pack of beer and I literally laughed at how much room was left for more. We keep this on our deck and now everyone who comes over uses it. Very nice looking, most people don't even recognize it as a cooler until you prove that it really is one. We keep it on our deck (which is not covered) so I don't anticipate using the paper towel holder, but I can throw a hand towel over it if I know I have folks coming over. The speed rack thingy on the other side is handy for storing cocktail fixings, you can put some ice in your cup then use the sturdy cooler top to mix your drink in.

Sturdy and very cool! It was easy to put together. But be sure to follow the instructions carefully because if you skip a step, it's not easy to unsnap portions you've already joined. I was concerned the plastic lining that comprises the ice bin would be thin but it is actually very durable. The drainage hole is a very good feature, no bailing. The only thing is that people will want to rest their drink on it and as a table once the lid is down blocking the other guests from grabbing drinks. I found it best to just leave it open while the party was in full swing. The side basket was very useful. I placed cups in it and a few bottle openers. I hung a few towels on towel bar and people really liked being able to dry their hands and their bottle once it was fished out of the ice. I think this was a very well-though out item that we will enjoy for many years.

I nearly passed on this item after reading people reviews about difficult assembly. It took me less than 15 minutes and the instructions were very clear. It seems sturdy and looks great. The insulation is basically just a sheet of styrofoam so I don't expect the world out of that, but for my use I think it will do the job very well. It's larger in capacity than I expected including the lower compartment, and as far as I am concerned I am quite happy with it. I plan to use it for my backyard margarita bar. Will store my glasses and supplies in the cooler when not in use, and roll it back away when finished. Don't hesitate to buy based on the folks claiming assembly took four hours. I have no idea if the directions have changed over time, but there aren't enough pieces to assemble to even justify such a review. For me, the only thing I can do without is the paper towel holder. I'm unlikely to use it, and it just adds to the size. I will be removing that part shortly.

First off love it!! Quality construction througout! And for cooling beverages, love it keeps them cold and for long time. This is no little igloo cooler! This thing holds alot of drinks and easily 20lbs plus ice depending on amount of drinks you have in the cooler. If you keep the cold water it will keep ice for long time and drinks are ice cold. Love the storage area and paper towel rack. Love the wheels, I just roll the cooler to door of my screen house and put end of drain hose out and drain it.

I love the cooler and it works well. BUT had some major difficulties putting it together. It appeared that someone had previously put the cooler together, took it apart and then it was shipped to us as new. Some of the edges were scratched and some of the plastic was bent in a way that it was very difficult getting it together. The directions were a challenge but workable if the parts would have been in better shape when received.

A good addition to our patio/pool area! Pros: Plenty of room for beverages for a medium sized party, with place for mixers on the side and kids drinks below in the compartment. Durable, aesthetically pleasing and matches our deck box, cabinet and lounge chairs..Clever design to drain it by simply pulling a plug and empties perfectly every time with a hose coming out the bottom. Cons: you can't drain it at the end of the night because the plug is at the bottom and it's nearly impossible with ice sitting on top of it to 1. reach the plug because it's freezing 2. unplug it because the plastic is so hard from the freezing temperature. Overall a good addition to summer/fall festivities. If it was a refrigerated compartment that would be ideal, then you can keep beverages in long term!

I currently have matching patio furniture/accessories, this was a great addition. Fairly easy to put together, one person could do it, but easier with two. One to "just put it together from picture and one to read the instructions. Quite large capacity, when constructed, seems it will hold more than specs indicate. Will save people from travelling in and out of the house for beverages, storage area below also good size. Not disappointed at all with purchase. :)

Excellent product. Light to move around. Easy to assemble. Well designed. I lent it to my friend for her party and everyone commented on it and loved it. She wants one for herself now!!!

Nice coolers, very easily assembled. My only concern is: how long will the plug in the interior plastic lining last. The plastic seems very brittle and may break easily. The rest of the cooler seems well made

Holds easily 4 bags of ice, 12 cans, 6 2L bottles. Ice melted after 5 hours but water stayed cold for 3 days ( until we drank what was left in the cooler) Definitely worth buying!!!
