It's chewable and it tastes good!
I like that it can be chewed up. No off-tastes at all. Have to go to bed soon after taking it or I'll be asleep on the sofa.

Melatonin works
I like this product. I have trouble swallowing the larger tablets (even though they are supposed to dissolve quickly). Nature's Truth has a pleasant taste and I can take it without fear of having them stick in my throat.

Good and Safe
The product helps me to sleep at night and taste good so there is no need for water. Also the most important aspect is that it's non addicting and leaves you feeling well rested in the morning.
