This punch makes an adorable embellishment with the matching bubble top. The butterfly with topper is just shy of one inch. You can punch paper without using the bubble toppers, but what fun is that?? :o)Keep in mind these only punch decorative papers, it didn't work for me on cardstock.Would be better if it was more heavy duty.
