What's the best toner to tone out deeper red/orange???

To tone you would want your hair lightened to a pale yellow or copper. If you are seeing red still it is not light enough to just tone out at that level. I would recommend T10 or T14 to tone out any copper or brassiness. I hope this was helpful information for you. If you need more assistance please call our licensed professionals at 1-800-935-5273 to assist you with your toning needs. Have a great hair day!

I have level 8 blonde hair that has become orangish due to high iron water. What toner and developer is recommended?

I first use white bleach to a pale yellow or white if I'm lucky than go to a mixture of demi toner with cool tones like vanilla creme and natural blonde or iced platinum..t18 will not help you need both ash or purple and the blue

What's the best toner to tone out deeper red/orange???

If your hair is very deep, it needs to be further lightened (bleach) before toning. For dark brown or black hair- it gets red, then orange when stripped of pigment. You can try toning, but it might not be enough. Best bet for dark hair is further bleaching and then toning or permanent color of your choice.

Do I mix this with bleach

This is a really great question I will be happy to assist you with this. When using our Wella Color Charm Toner you would not use bleach or lightener. You would want to use our Wella Color Charm Developer 20 Volume. You would do a ratio of 1:2 meaning 1 part color and 2 parts developer. I hope this was helpful to you. Have a Great Hair Day!
