I have sciatic problems and have had several spinal fusions. This is the second of these cushions I have purchased, one gets transferred often from my transport chair in the dining room to the recliner in the living room. I purchased a second one for the recliner in my bedroom, and that one will also go with me on Sunday mornings for church. I have tried a variety of memory foam cushions, etc., but this is the first that actually does the job of relieving pressure. A church member is the one who recommended this, and I am so glad I listened.

Folks, you can't beat air for a cushion. All these other cushions that offer relief are duds. I've tried them all including those new octagon shaped cushions. Air moves with your hind end like no other product. This one has held up well. I would purchase it again. What a relief!! Just don't over fill it as it doesn't take much air. They also send you an extra valve if needed. Don't let your dog rest on this one as their toenails may pierce it. Cheers!

SUNFICON Air Seat Cushion Inflatable Seat Cushion: Does the job. The "inflator"/pump isn't that great. We blew up the cushion the old-fashioned way just fine. The nubby side up keeps one from slowly slithering off onto the floor. The cushion keeps the board from numbing one's bottom. Under inflate and then add air if needed. It has a tendency to gather air toward the back and needs one's bottom adjusted to compensate, endemic to the device. No more numb bum...

Holds up really well. It’s not imposing. Fits well on all furniture.

I had tried two other (car seat) cushions that were ok but this cushion worked way way better. And then bought a second one.

This is the most comfortable pillow I have ever owned. I've used them before and there is nothing like it. If you have problems with pressure points bothering you you will LOVE this. I'm in a wheelchair and it's been a medical miracle for me! The reason for the 3 stars is the case I received with it. I'd give the case a 2. It's quite expensive to buy so imagine my shock when I put it on my pillow only to find that the handle is terrible. Its very thin and skinny. Its placed in a diagonal across the front if the case, This means that one side is attached to the thicker, sturdier bottom and one side to the thin, flimsy top. This makes it uncomfortable to carry and because it is so thin the flimsy side pulls way up in a pucker that sticks out above the case when you carry it. My previous pillow cover had a regular straight handle sewn to it. This pillow AND the case are NOT returnable unless there us a defect. The first one I recieved, this time, had a handle that was frayed and had a small chunk out of it. I had to return the whole pillow to get a new case. And this is the case I receive? I can't believe that a company that designed such a wonderful pillow could do so badly on the case!!

Terrific, high quality versatile product. Yes, it is made to add or let out as much air needed to make your own personal Support cushion for your unique body. Every one has different needs, and this products allows everyone this benefit. Complainers about having to add air…? Really…? Excellent materials, comes with a special hand pump which facilitates its use. Also to note, on the safety precautionary element, the reverse side of this lovely cushion, has slightly texture to the fabric so that it does not slide and slip underneath user. I used it in Panama on an island excursions to visit the whales. As I was instructed beforehand, our boat was equipped with the basic wooden seats. I knew I needed to be prepared, and a basic Foam cushion, memory, foam filled beads, or the like, would not be sufficient. I have had 3 hip replacements, an I love my resilient body. I am kind to whatever I ask of it before going in… I use this cushion a lot since my recent purchase, and it is always with me for whatever circumstances arise. This was one of my best purchases, I can recall, next to to my Methylene Blue. Buy it, and release all expectations you may or may not have. It’s perfect, and you won’t be disappointed.

It is a seat for preventing pressure sores on prolonged sitting. It is soft and comfortable. I am using it for my mother who is 91 years old and she has no complaints. Only thing is the demanding price.

I've been looking to replace my computer chair because the cushion is all worn out. But instead of spending hundreds on a new computer chair, this air cushion on my old chair gave it a bit of a new life. Supports my 67kg backside with no issues.

This made a huge difference to my ability to sit in a desk chair when I had ongoing hamstring tendonitis and couldn’t sit down. It still hurt but the difference was not being able to sit down at all compared to sitting down for a few hours with less pain.
