Buy this book!!I was an accident that caused me to be bedridden for several months snd this book helped. I love it and recommend it highly.

I find it fun to read ecery day a very short text that makes me reflect on something. I found some of the reads to be more realistic than positive. It is not a book about rainbows and magic, but rather about the real life.

This book is a great way to set your daily intention!

Great book to pick up and receive some daily inspiration; make your day better or remind yourself that you're human and awesome.

Haha this wasn't quite what I was expecting, as I checked out the audio version first! (Because I love the narrator's voice) It is a daily meditations calendar similar to those AA or recovery calendars. So it is a little weird in audio format.. you can't turn to a date or page the way you can in a book, because chapters are divided into months only. It's definitely for when you are neck deep in something. I recommend the Kindle version or print for easier readability. There are also some cuss words that popped up unexpectedly! Which actually made me sit up and pay attention more lol. Good for people recovering from hard things, not for normal circumstances that are neutral. Maybe a little overly simple and will stir up mixed feelings.. 'broken is beautiful' is sometimes not as helpful to hear (repeatedly) as it may seem. But if you need it, it may be just the ticket.

This is a great little book, I read in the morning on the day of, and you could use it again next year. Would make a great Christmas gift for the new year.

Book arrived in near perfect condition, even though it was listed as used.

I looked forward to getting this book; however, having read 4 entries (29-31 January, 1 February) I am disappointed and considering returning it. The reason, I struggle when positive quotes, inspiration, words and wisdom incorporate cursing or brass expressions, for instance, "when the sh#t hits the fan" or "it's d#mn near impossible". I realise, this is my own sensitive issue; however, in pursuing a more positive life it feels like, the less negativity, the better. In the end I hoped for positivity and no aggression which doesn't add up to 5 stars, so I'll give 3 as there is good intention in the pages.
