A L❤️VED MY SEEENE LIFE SAUNA ‼️I am a long-distance runner who was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis years ago. As God is very good, they never found it anymore, but many of my joints were damaged. I bought this SereneLife sauna in June 2022, and it changed my life. After getting this sauna, I went back to running 4 miles, then 6 miles, then 7 miles. This is my favorite item in my house - probably tied with my electric tea kettle! I use it with my treadmill so much. What this sauna did for me: ∙Made pain vanish ∙Helped me sleep better at night ∙Allowed me to run the next day ∙Kept my stomach flat ∙Melted away fatigue * Gave me energy * Helped me sleep like a baby * Kept cortisol down * Helped me stay slim I used it almost every day at least 4 days a week - for 30-40 minutes. I’d drink my electrolytes, put on spiritual content, healing scriptures ( my favorite) , or meditative music and just heal. The little folding chair inside is perfect, and the heated foot pad brings everything to another level of relaxation. The heat spreads throughout your body and melts away pain, fat, and fatigue. My situation now: Last year I started experiencing new pain that doctors couldn’t identify. I was away from home and my sauna for a while. When I came back in November 2024 to use my beloved sauna, I discovered it was broken. The remote control panel won’t turn on - I hear a quick click sound when I plug it in, but no lights come on. Since the remote is built into the machine itself (not a separate handheld piece), I can’t just replace it. I am currently in a chronic pain situation but cannot afford to replace my serene sauna YET. The MRI I took last week says I have Severe Stenosis and a bulge in my spine. 😱I am experiencing extreme pain and loss without my sauna. 😔This machine gave me quality of life, and I miss it desperately. To SereneLife: If there’s any way to repair or replace the remote control panel, I would be forever grateful. This sauna was my lifeline for almost 4 years. To potential buyers: This SereneLife infrared sauna is worth every penny. If you’re looking to reduce pain and have a better quality of life, stay slim , have more energy and sleep better - this machine will help you. I regularly wiped it down and took care of it, and it served me faithfully for nearly 4 years of heavy daily use. I’m sure God will bless me with healing again. This is a great alternative if you enjoy the sauna and don’t have regular access to one. PROS- the price, takes up little space, easy to store, easy to clean, gets hot enough, makes you sweat bullets, relaxing, relieves some pain.. BUT the best thing for me has been the sleep benefits. CONS- Temp fluctuates a bit (Wish is would stay above 130 when it heats up) but still hot enough to sweat even when temp dips to 115. Little tight if your tall, but still manageable.. All in all, great introduction to having a home sauna. The benefits are worth it and I will be upgrading when I have more space. Self care is always worth the cost.

I love this Infrared Personal Sauna. It is great for detoxification, weight loss, relief from sore muscles, and joint pain such as arthritis. It has been very useful for my business and personal use at home as well. I do Body Sculpting, so I help clients achieve their body goals. The sauna was easy to assemble, comfy chair, and the leg room is just right. You get a good sweat, and it’s so convenient! You can relax, read, meditate, or watch a move while sitting. I purchased two of these, one for at home use one for my business. I am so glad I made the purchase. This sauna came in handy once the pandemic hit and the gym wasn’t available. Also, if you are ever feeling sick, sit in the sauna for about 30 minutes and then take a steam hot shower. You are going to put your body on reset!

I don't normally do reviews because I just expect things to work as they should but, I just received this today and after the first use I can say it is a fantastic product. I was skeptical of a home sauna made out of fabric and dry heat, but am very pleasantly surprised. It got to heat within 20 minutes, only reached 132 so it didn't get to 140 but it's understandable because we keep our home in the mid 50's. I was sweating by the time it reached 120 and dripping by the time it topped out. It will lose heat very quickly if the zippers are opened so I suggest getting in and settled then starting it up, which is what I did. Tips from first use, place a towel on the floor and around the neck just to help absorb the sweat cause you will be dripping, keep zipped up as much as possible the arm holes are nice but you lose a ton of heat through them very quickly, and the foot pad gets very hot but it will only last a for a few seconds after placing your feet on it or on a new spot. Would definitely recommend this item.

I was looking for a home sauna that would be effective but wouldn't take up a lot of space. I researched and spent a lot of time comparing different ones and I am glad I chose this one. It heats up quickly, the foot pad is a nice addition, the chair is comfy ( a little small, but comfortable). I used it to recover from when I was training for a half IronMan and it really did help and just feels so nice. I love the hand openings so I can watch TV and have the remote available or read a book while I am in there. Set up was very easy and it also folds up easily, flat enough to fit under my bed when I am not using it. Overall, great price, great for people who do not have a lot of space but still would like to enjoy the benefits of having an at home sauna. I would definitely recommend this product!

I'm not going to lie about this product because I was very hesitant to spend this kind of money but I was very impressed. It doesn't come with instructions but I honestly didn't need them it was fairly easy to assembly more like unfold and plug in. I usually use it every other day a along with a sauna suit jogging set I purchased and only do 30 minutes and its's intense. It helps my muscles when they are soar because of the work out and my skin is amazing. I use the foot setting which is intense as well and not really does the job. I have been using it for four months and I don't regret it one cent that I made this very valuable purchased. It saves you time and money going out with the situation that we are in and also it folds and stores really well. It also came with a chair that I use and like I said I definitely recommend to any one that is serious. I have seen some inches from my waist slimming because my clothes are loose and also ever since I started to use the sauna. But I have been exercising, eating better and also drink lots of fluids during and after the sauna it helps you get rehydrated

This is what I believe to be the best infrared portable sauna with the least EMFs under $250!! Pros: Timer to let you know how long you've been roasting. Nice to know I can sit in it as long as I want, unlike saunas in town that don't heat up enough and you're on a time limit. Nice infrared foot pad. Heats up fast and gets super hot. Can use for other uses, too! Comfy camping style chair. I was really surprised how comfortable this was. Compact. Folds up quite thin. I never do fold it because I'm too busy using it but if I were to, I know it has the potential to be stored away neatly. : ) I get a good sweat. Everytime! And this is coming from someone who doesn't sweat hardly at all. From what I'm seeing online, it's listed as one of the lowest EMFs for an inexpensive portable sauna. I don't know this to be true however, but it eases my mind a little. I don't really have a choice though cos I don't have money to buy a more expensive one and I need to get my inflammation down and my toxins out! So, I'm perfectly happy with it. Love the handy arm holes and pocket for the temp/timer remote. I'm not claustrophobic but I don't believe it would be an issue for most who are. The inside zippers pull easily to get in and out of and the velcro band around your neck can be adjusted to where you feel comfortable; leaving it loose or tight to keep the heat in. Cons: Is taking up to 25 min to heat to 140° now, whereas when I first got it it only took 11 min. Plastic smell still there after a dozen uses. Also, it seems to give off a slight kind of burning smell. May not be great for larger people. I'm average size and I can see how it might feel a little snug for bigger people. Then again, I don't put the bars up on the sides to stretch it out completely because it holds up well enough without them. I have though and it still would seem snug for a 200+ lb person in my opinion. Overall, I highly recommend it!!! Love. Love. Love!!

Top, pratique, facile à ranger et efficace

I have used this sauna once so I can't vouch for longevity yet but it works superbly. However, I am a 5 2" 60kg female and its just the right size for me. Anyone larger may struggle. The foot pad and the seat are a snug fit in the tent. Other than this I am impressed with the quality of the unit, it gets really hot and the foot pad is a superb extra and reaches heats seen only in molten lava. The sweat poors off you but it has a large sponge pad in the bottom that collects it. Its easy to wipe down and practically a pop-up set up. Really happy with the purchase but it's probably not going to be comfortable to use for anyone over 70-80Kgs.
