Energy Booster
I’ve been really impressed with the True Athlete Kre-Alkalyn Powder. It mixes easily, has no strong taste, and works well with water or when added to my workout drink. Since using it, I’ve noticed better energy during workouts and improved endurance without feeling bloated like with some other creatine products. What I like most is that it helps with strength and recovery while still being gentle on my stomach. I felt more focused and able to push through my workouts longer.

Wish I knew bout this product earlier!
I came across this creatine on my CrossFit gym IG. I had no idea this version of creatine existed. It’s so much better than regular creatine version, no bloating. It’s so nice that I don’t have to drink so much water for the creatine to work. I still drink almost a gallon a day, but I don’t gain water weight. I started taking this product 15 days ago. So far I lost 4 pounds (I assumed it’s the water weight from taking the regular creatine), but I’m not losing my progress. I am able to lift heavier dumbbells. I used to chess press with 2x30 lbs, now I can do 2x35s. Goblet squat with 40 lbs, now with 65 lbs! I take 1 scoop with breakfast, 1 scoop with pre-workout and another scoop after workout with my protein shake.

Great product/price/results
Product is great. Have been using it for years. I like how easily it dissolves in any juice or smoothie, etc. No pills to swallow is a plus. The 7oz sise over the 3oz is a no brainer for the small diff in price.

Doesn't make you bloated
Does the job and does not make you bloated like regular creatine. Mixes well in water, juice and even coconut milk. No trace of the product and no taste. Love this!

Kre-Alkalyn works! Better than Creatine....
I haven't used supplements in years, except for whey protein powders. A friend of mine highly recommended this so I thought I'd give it a try. In the past 3+ weeks, I've put on 3-4 pounds, and all of my lifts have increased. It's a fine powder and mixes easily with water (little to no taste). It's not like creatine that settles out quickly. The only downside I have found is that I get muscle cramps (usually in the muscle you worked a couple days ago). I was told that you need to drink a LOT of water when taking Kre-Alkalyn
