Hi, Image shooting is possible with the application, but UV recording is not possible.

I wanna know where i can download the app to use this product,and does this produts include tow items,the smartuv and the uv lamp separately？

Thank you for the interest. You can download Nurugo SmartUV on Google Playstore. If you install the app. on your Smartphone, the app. will start automatically. The package is including both Smart UV and Smart UV Lamp in a separate box.

What part of the uv spectrum is this camera sensitive to?

Hi Owen, the spectral range of SmartUV and UV LEDs covers the UVA band from 350nm to 390nm.

the battery won't charge, how can I fix this? when I plug it in I get two red lights then one.

The manufacturer says that the recommended size for USB B type charging is 1 A 12 volts. Have you tried like this? If you have a persistent problem, I am willing to exchange it for a new product.

The battery is sub standard

In less than a year the battery failed, I need to get a new one for my camera.

Good image and it works... didn’t like the battery time that runs out very fast and i can’t use the cam when charging... so I can’t use a power bank !!!
