What does each little plaque say under the clocks

The plaques are all blank. I bought chalk markers and picked cities I wanted to list. You can put whatever you want on them, again they are blank, but I would suggest the chalk markers, so they are visible. Chalk alone doesn't show very well on them, as they are wood.

Is there truly a 1-3 month wait on this? I like this clock a lot, but need a multi-zone one immediately.

I can tell you we get SO many compliments on this...I'm sorry to hear it's backordered, but it is worth it!

How deep is the clock? It looks as if the clocks are sort of curved--the two clocks on the end seem to be closer to the wall then the middle clocks.

It is curved. I measured it: 3.5" in center and 1.5 on the ends.

What kind of batteries?

AA batteries. Very standard quartz clock movement, you can replace the whole thing for $8 if you want with a pair of pliers to loosen the center front nut.
