Wind down, feel refreshed - takes away anxiety
I don’t usually write reviews but I want to let everyone know about this stuff. I bought it for “recovery” from working out but never used it for that purpose as I really never worked out. This stuff helps me sleep like a baby, and wake up feeling refreshed. I feel like it’s taken my anxiety away! I was even taking it early on in my pregnancy. My partner takes it now too and winds him down and he gets amazing sleep. I swear by this stuff now.

My favorite ZMA
After trying several brands, I keep coming back for this one. I’m not exactly sure why but, but I think the Theanine is what makes a huge difference. I have even tried cycling off completely and back on just to be sure this was improving my sleep as much as I expected. Even my Garmin reports better sleep stats and higher HRV. Will it work for all? I don’t know; but it works well for me.

This stuff works!
Im a bodybuilder and use this for sleep and recovery. It works like a charm! Plus I feel like it’s improved my immune system. I totally recommend this for anyone its just vitamins and minerals, bu you’ll wake up feeling totally refreshed.

Excellent for deep REM sleep. 3 capsule done can be dialed down to 2. My son is 24 and swears by it
