A necessity for grilling/smoking
These are great for pork butts, brisket, ribs or anything large that you smoke or grill. I use them all the time, very solid.

Very nice!
These were so welcomed in my kitchen, especially over Thanksgiving. Lifted a 24 lb. turkey without any difficulty. They are very strong and the handles are smooth, but easy and comfortable to hold while lifting heavy food. They also worked great to shred a roast for pulled pork.

What can I say, stick them in your joint and lift, they work well. If slow cooking a shank when crossed under the bone they can be interlocked to help shake the meat of the bone.
