I ordered this clock/captains wheel and was pleased that it came in a timely manner. It was packaged safely and securely, and looks great. But the CLOCK doesnt work. I tried several different batteries, and no luck. I contacted the seller and told them my problem. The next day I received a message asking me to send them a picture of the problem. Well, the CLOCK dont work. I guess a picture of the CLOCK at two different times showing the same time on its face is what was wanted. I sent pictures. I told them the wheel was undamaged, the CLOCK just didn't work. I have yet to get a response two days later. Unhappy with sellers customer service. I could replace the clock, but feel paying over $100 for this item, it should be warranted.

There are a lot of flaws on this clock that makes me think it’s hand made. Still I really like the way it looks. That being said I will keep it just the way it is. If the finish was better it would be 5 stars assuming the clock doesn’t stop working ,LOL.

My Father did underwater deep sea diving. This reminded me of him the craftsmanship of the wood was so amazing the brass Around the Clock is beautiful Thank you so much for you making this just come alive to me❤ you can definitely see the love in your work

Received the nautical clock of a different design from my ordered design as shown above. To avoid hazzle of exchange or refund, had accepted the delivered design.

Very nice shopping was delayed due to covid shut downs but gave the seller the chance and waiting. It was birthday gift and very happy.

I just love this clock. It fits the marine decor I have in my office. The clock is so quiet! The clock reminds me of my past military days:)

Overall it was very good, however the clock is very loud and you can’t have it in a bedroom. It’s noise is irritating
