So easy to use
I have 2 family members that are gluten free, and we all miss pizza night! This was easy to use and made a very nice homemade meaty pizza . Would have been a little dry and flat eaten alone without topping, and had a slightly potato starch feel in my mouth. Having said that, there were empty plates all round!

Easy and yummy !
Gluten free pizza base ! Yum !! This is easy to make.

Easy to use
We liked this base mix, very little ingredients to add and relatively easy to use as a paste, onto parchment paper and a pizza tray. You need to allow time for proving/ rise of around 30 minutes, however I found even in a warm place there was little change to the dough. The taste is a little more chemical than the ready made bases, but it's still a great store cupboard essential. Overall, good stuff!

Revolting!
This was easy enough to make but the taste was revolting. My family will eat most things pizza related but every pizza made had to go in the bin and the last few packets were thrown without being used- what a waste of money! It doesn’t even taste like food in any form. Please don’t waste your money- go to the supermarket and buy a pizza dough mix that you add water to and it tastes 1000 times better and is ready to cook instantly without pre baking!

Healthy eating
I have ibs, diabetes 2 and don’t have gluten or dairy. Now I’ve found this pizza gluten free mix I can still enjoy a weekly pizza

If I could left nought stars I would have. No returns policy and 4 out of the 5 bags had been opened and resealed.!!!
