Love these!! They work really well for reducing water weight. I wear them while spinning/biking and sweat like crazy!! The only negative is that I feel like they’ve stretched out and there is no smaller size. You have to hand wash them and they take a while to air dry. But I use them about 2x per week

Let me tell you they’re very noisy when you move or walk but if you can get past that they look and fit great. I ordered my normal size and they’re perfect. I mean holy heat and sweat Batman. I was drenched by the end of my workouts with sweat. I can tell you with confidence that if you looking to boost you attempts to shed inches in you lower body then these slimming pants will be the thing that you need. They’re stylish as well and work for multiple types of workouts. Be sure to drink plenty of water and remember they do get super hot!!

They were great they made me sweat like crazy but ran too big in size.

After wearing these pants after my workout I notice results and all the fat that melted away in my butt and leg area I wash them in cold water separately and hang dry them overnight to wear again while working out the next day and I definitely recommend ordering a size up and washing before wearing them I hope I can get the results by summer to get my legs looking good

Works great, it works so great that the sweat drips out looking like I am peeing 😂😭 So yes it definitely does the job !

Didn't like the odor. Needs improvement on material used.

Material is soft and comfortable. However, "sauna" effect is not as good as in sone other brands.
