Cell reception from poor to good/very good
Works as advertised. Took a -108 db signal in the house to a -78db to -100db depending pn proximity to the interior antenna. Inside signal near the antenna is better than the exterior roof signal. It only really boosts maybe 1500 sf in my house, but that is all that I need.

Only left a huge hole in my wallet
Surecall Fusion5s: This was installed in a very small office by us, a professional RF and Antenna installation company. Specs, design and construction all look top notch, but we were NEVER able to get this unit to work as described. This pertains only to the 3 lower bands as that is all we tested: Cellular, AT&T 4G and Verizon 4G...we had no need of the 1900 or 2100 MHz bands. I emailed with the seller several times and they did offer advice. They then forwarded me to the manufacturer and they offered suggestions, none of which provided satisfactory performance. We made numerous measurements using one of Surecalls own meters and the diagnostic metrics in each of our modems and phones and an Anritsu Network Analyzer. The transmit and receive antennas are separated by 50 linear feet, 10 elevation feet and have an aluminum radiant barrier between them under the roof. We never saw any signs of oscillation between the two antennas using the provided fault codes for the LED's. The unit has (5) independently adjustable/defeat-able bands and we tried every combination of those, throughout their adjustable gain ranges. We actually found that the 2100 MHz band had to be left in the "off" position in order allow operation of 750 MHz bands. Upon turning off both high bands, the cellular and 750 MHz bands appeared to operate with no faults, but Verizon only had 0-3 dB more signal strength with no increase in down/upload speeds. AT&T on the other hand, ALWAYS got worse when using the Surecall. Signal strength would increase 2-10dB with the unit "on", but internet upload/downloads would drop to about 150kb/s, that's right, kilo-bits per second, not mega-bits, even with the other 4 bands "off". That was tested with one phone and two modems. We tested the (nice quality) cables and both antennas with a network analyzer and they were all WELL within specifications; in fact the room antenna is very wide band and may be an Andrew re-branded. Our roof antenna is grounded with lightning protection, is on it's own mast and is not near any other antennas. We tried a directional multi-band roof antenna with and without a second similar wide band omni-directional room antenna: There was no improvement over the provided antennas. We pointed our directional roof antenna to different local cell towers which we located on an FCC map. We tried various applications of RF attenuators (high $$$ Hewlett Packard attenuators) on inputs, outputs and both input/outputs as suggested in conjunction with adjusting gain levels, but only Verizon showed small improvements. I have held on the the unit for now as I'd like to try it in another location, but haven't had the time as of yet...tax and budget season you know. Pretty much a handsome $850 boat anchor for now.

Meets expectations
Have had this device in our 7500 sq ft office building for about a month now. We have a metallic roof and would barely get 1 bar 4G or no service. Now we consistently get 2 bar LTE with no calling issues whatsoever.

Don’t recommend
Installed per specifications. Product didn’t work as advertised. Very erratic with minor improvement in only one room. Not even close to the advertised coverage. Put a lot of time into trying to fix the problems. Tech support not helpful.
