Football knee pads that you can trim down
My son is playing 7th grade football. He regularly wears a girdle but the game pants have a spot for knee pads. He was able to trim these down to fit into the game pads. Easy to trim and works great! Strong foam as well.

One pair lasted my son the entire season. He is a starting offensive lineman so he hits hard. They didn’t break down one bit despite being thrown in the dryer more times than I’d like to admit.
