Perfect for my DIY screen door!
We have a screened-in deck with a screen door that we hung ourselves. The door shifts a bit as our pier and beam house shifts with the changes in our Texas clay soil. Needed a really big doorstop to hold the door open for our cat to go in and out during the day.. This giant doorstop is exactly what I was hoping for. It’s the perfect height. It holds the screen door firmly open. As the deck is wooden, I’m very pleased that it holds well on the wood. We had high winds yesterday, and the wind whipped the door shut. It was an easy fix to shove the stop back under the door to prop it open again. I wedged it under the door more firmly, and it held for the rest of the windy day. I’m so happy to have found the perfect doorstop for my big gap screen door! It took a long time of hunting, but I finally found it by typing “large doorstop made in the USA” in the search field. Kudos to the US manufacturer! Thank you for selling a helpful and affordable product!

Works on RV doors...
RV's have these weird doors sometimes with a lot of space at the bottom. And if you don't get it completely level, well doors will swing. The regular ones won't do it. This is taller and is perfect for a bathroom door we have in the travel trailer.

Holds my garage door and solves the gap from floor to door problem!
There was a large gap from my garage floor to the bottom of the garage door and we had been having to use an ugly heavy duty rubber band to hold the door open. This doorstop is holding the solid door quite well and is large enough to handle the large gap from the floor to the bottom of the door. Easy to slide under the door when carrying groceries and looks much better Great product!

Big, but not as Giant as you might think.
It works well enough, but not great. The rubber is about as sticky/friction-y as other doorstops, but the larger shell of the doorstop is not as dense as a small one, so wind will push it around more easily than you might think. Ont he plus side, its big enough that you can kick it in under the door easily enough if you hold the door itself, without bending down or great dexterity.

Keeps a higher door open
Locally, all I could find were door stops that were only for doors 2" off the floor, for any price. This one is large enough to work fine, seems sturdy but I have not had it long enough to know if it is durable-but looks like will be.

I'd wedge the hell out of this thing and it'd be fine for hours sometimes
This is the right size for propping our shop door open. However, I spent a couple of months dealing with it sliding periodically through the day. I'd wedge the hell out of this thing and it'd be fine for hours sometimes. And minutes at other times. We have a large overhang in front of our shop and the door area has exterior carpeting securely fastened down on concrete. And there are ridges that make for great gripping opportunities - yet this doorstop would inevitably lose its grip on the carpeting and slide. I finally got smart and ran three self tapping screws through the back lip of the thing to serve as cleats and that made this into a perfect doorstop. All it needs is some sort of cleat to give it gripping power.

Too pricey
These are great for teachers but too expensive for us!
