Bad product don't buy this if you face any issues engineer will not come at your place and they will tell you to repair this by local carpenter. You will face lot of challenges to register a complaint against your product.

The product is good but don't fall for their claim of "36 month Warranty". They don't want to honour their warranty. When I faced an issue since it was in warranty period I did not risk to get it repaired locally as it might revoke my warranty. But what came next lost my trust on this brand. 1st their customer service contact number never works. Surprisingly their emails are quick to respond only to realise they are of no help. They will ask you to share invoice details and a video of the issue. When I did that they told me an engineer will visit in 24-48 hours. After 4 days i followed up to which I was requested for more time and i already flagged since it is my main door it is a security issue and I need help on priority basis. After 10 days of no one reaching out i followed up to which they are saying the engineer is saying it is an installation issue and contact a local carpenter. This blew my mind after using the lock for 1 year it becomes an installation issue! When I told them that they are looking for ways to escape warranty they asked me to share the invoice and video again! This was the time I lost it. And i got that repaired locally. So the only reason for me to come here was to share this experience that the product is good but service is the worst. Please don't chase the company they are good only in marketing!
