A true balsamic. Great on salads, drizzled over roast asparagus, or even drizzled over a homemade tuna salad. Greater viscosity than and other I have tried. Sure you could spend more and perhaps someday I will be able to get the $150 bottle but until then this will be at hand on my counter.
