Complete workout set
For the cost these things are great! I love having the large variety in the bands not just light medium and heavy. It really helps with building on you strength. Two sets of slides is also helpful for me because I travel and can pack a set with me and leave a set at home for my family to use. Again, great value!

Great quality and value!
Quality of the band were great. Feels very durable. Pair the resistance bands with sliders is a great value for home training. Would highly recommend.

Great customer service
I was a little disappointed when I received them and one of the bands was damaged. I reached out through amazon to their customer service and they sent me a new set of bands. I am very happy with the fast response. The bands are great and compact enough to fit them in a small bag with the rest of the larger bands I own. Haven't gotten to using the sliders yet, but when I tested them they worked well.

Booty bands!
It made me sore in al sorts of wierd places. Made my workouts more impactful and gave me great results

Team Beachbody friendly
The price was great compared to others. I bought it to complete the Team Beachbody 80 day obsession. I’m still having a hard time getting used to the sliders.

Quick workout, portable, killer burn
Great kit, the sliders make for a quick ab workout because the less suffering the better, like 1 or 2 minutes feels like a lifetime but you end up with a killer burn. I take the bands to work for portable workout, the extra heavy is legit.

Just ok
I purchased these about a month ago and within a couple weeks I noticed holes in a couple of the bands. Also, the slides don't really slide all that well. I tried on hard wood and carpet and was having a hard time getting them to move, and I am in decent shape so I thought that wouldn't be a problem. I think the slides need a lip around the edge so your toe has something to catch onto. They all work for now, but I imagine i will need to replace some of the bands in the near future

Good quality
Good quality, have had chincy bands in the past, these don’t roll easily, and many options. If you don’t want to spend a lot but have good quality- these work! I have used them for many programs!
