⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These chili oil noodles are a full experience, not just a meal. First bite? Incredible. Second bite? hello heat. Third bite? Questioning my life choices but also reaching for more. You can’t stop eating them. They are spicy. Like, clear-your-sinuses spicy. But the burn doesn’t linger forever. It hits hard, makes its dramatic exit, and leaves you ready to dive back in. Impressive. The noodles themselves are chef’s kiss. Perfectly chewy and bouncy, not mushy, not stiff, just right. Now for the game-changing tip: add a couple spoonfuls of white queso or even just some shredded Mexican cheese. I don’t know who needs to hear this, but do it. It mellows the heat just enough and turns the whole thing into this creamy, spicy, ridiculously addictive situation. Trust me, it’s amazing. I also leave a little of the starchy cooking water before mixing and add in thinly sliced steak for some protein. Will I keep buying these? Absolutely, I have them on subscribe & save. Will I continue to underestimate the spice level every single time? Also yes.

These noodles were so disappointing. I liked the chewy-ness and the spice level was pretty perfect, but that’s where it ends. The flavor packets didn’t really add any flavor. All I could detect other than spice (heat wise) was a faintly herby taste that wasn’t very pleasant. If you don’t like salt and enjoy eating plain spicy noodles, you might enjoy these, but I sure didn’t. Unfortunately, the remaining 3 packs will probably end up in the trash. I guess I might try to use the noodles, but the spice packets are definitely getting tossed. I won’t be repurchasing.

I personally like these noodles a lot. I like the spicy Szechuan flavor and the texture of the noodles, but understand how it can be too chewy to some people. Sometimes I add wavy noodles and tteokbokki for a variety in texture and they retain the flavor well. Simple to make like most other convenience noodles.

Very tasty. Good spice level. But, my goodness, who packaged this? There is a tear tab to open, but if you use it, you've cut the instructions in half. And in any case, half of the instructions are stickered over by the importer's label. In case you can't get at the instructions for any reason: Put noodles in bowl with boiling water, let it sit for 5-6 minutes, DRAIN, then add the flavor packets.

Very good, over the chilly oil , only thing was the noodles got a little mushy, maybe it was me on how I cooked them.

TikTok be lying! It’s doesn’t take like how it looks! It’s kind of bland. I would use the noodles and follow a homemade recipe from online and/or add veggies for it to be more exciting. Overall i rate it a 4/10.

Not as good as I was expecting. The texture of the noodles is very chewy as the flavor is missing sweetness. I added a tsp of honey for balance. Will not purchase again. It’s just not for me.

The noddles are fire it’s chili oil noddles obviously it tastes very much like CHILI OIL I def do recommend if you like the taste of rice cakes and chili and spicy food.
