These biotin gummies are excellent, not only because of their high biotin content (10,000 mcg), but also because the strawberry flavor is super pleasant. They feel good to eat, perhaps because they only contain 8g of sugar. They are a good size and color. They have no odor and don't stick to your mouth. A very good product for the price; I just wish they didn't have that much sugar.

I just started my second bottle and can say this had been the best thing I’ve found to help with my hair loss thanks to the joys of perimenopause! I was losing so much hair everyday to the point that I actually clogged the drain on day while taking a shower (and I empty it each time I shower!) and now I’m shedding a normal amount of hair again. The upside of choosing a gummy form of a medicine is convenience and taste: easily portable, no need for a glass of water, has a yummy flavor. This gummy has 2 of the 3, all that is lacking is the yummy flavor. Its okay, but not nearly as good as a competitive brand I've enjoyed in the past.

The taste is fruity and just makes you wanna eat the whole bottle! I used them for a couple months and can see its really helped the condition of my hair and growth. Repurchased because of this. Nails have also grown much stronger and longer quicker.
