Works well I will continue buying them
This melatonin gives me a good nights sleep. I thought it was 3 mg but it is not, my mistake! I take two of these because 3 mg doesn't do it for me. I sleep like a baby when I take these and wake up feeling rested.

Good value and quality
Excellent quality and the perfect size for my small pet to swallow. I like knowing it didn't have a lot of unnecessary chemicals and additives as well.

Incredibly Helpful for Sleep & Not Hard to Swallow w/Water or w/o
I shouldn't be taking these due to certain medical conditions, but they taste like nothing, super effective - like I fall asleep within maybe 30-45 minutes - and I STAY asleep watch is a lot more than I can say for any other melatonin products that I've used. Again, I do have restrictions, so I only take them once in a while, but so does my roommate and he says the same. They're small enough to not be hard to swallow as well. I've recommended them to some of my friends and family and we're all in agreement. I mean, of course, consult your doctor first, but like, these have been one of the most helpful supplements for sleep which is super important to me

Best melatonin!!
This 3mg dose of Pure melatonin has been more effective than the 10 mg dose I was taking from Costco. Really enhanced my sleep experience!!

Good melatonin for sleep disorders
I have sleep disorders and this melatonin is my favorite. It’s different from other sustained release ones as it releases a small amount instantly to get you to sleep and then the rest gradually throughout the night.

Works too well
Great product but dose is too high. Melatonin is a hormone that’s not good to over-supplement & it’s one of those that “less is better” is recommended. I love that I can eventually sleep like the dead - it takes a while to kick in - but I have a big drugged-type hangover next day. SR is great to eliminate waking up too much. I just have a hard time to remember taking it enough hours before bed. I want this but in 1mg dose. I’m sad Pure Encaps doesn’t have that.
