forearms are a weird one to work out, theres a lot of different movements and a lot of different muscles that be worked. its a simple design, fits olympic plates easily and the clasp seems pretty decent. pretty cheap overall price, and allows for a decent amount of different exercises to be done with it. ive used it a few times for like the lateral muscle by the elbow and it definitely gets it worked. i would potentially add a pad or something to it, or use gloves to avoid callouses as it is just a bare bar.

I've been working out for 30 years but always struggled to get those beefy forearms. I'm tall so maybe it's genetic but I do get a good pump off this set up and I think it will yield results with consistency. My only knock is the knurling, very low grip and cheap feeling. Otherwise a solid product.

Love it! Works exactly how I pictured. Very easy to use and much easier to hit the sides of the forearms rather than just using a dumbbell!

If you are here because it is inexpensive and available it works just fine. Collar it comes with works as expected too. And it it breaks or falls apart I’d probably just come back and buy another one because the price is worth it. Quality is just fine as well

I give this product 3 stars, first the good points, I am no stranger to purchasing training equipment off Amazon, generally with anything involving steel it's a bit of a gamble, most paints could be falling off already once it's out the package or it is full of rust before you even use it. For the price of this I am actually very surprised it is of decent quality, no paints falling off, minimal scratches and dents with zero rust. It is clearly well stored before shipping out. Now the deduction of stars are due to the collar, plastic bits were falling off it, I have circled one part in the picture only but there are other parts that are similar, basically it is a bit of a broken collar I received, I will have to use my own or purchase another one separately. That's about it really! The handle/stick itself is very good value for what you are paying.

Tolles Trainingsgerät, das überraschend effektiv ist. Vom Prinzip her ist es wie eine „halbierte Hantelstange“ 😉 – sehr simpel, aber genau das macht es so gut. Man kann gezielt Unterarme und Griffkraft trainieren, ohne viel Setup oder Platz zu benötigen. Die Verarbeitung wirkt solide und das Gerät liegt gut in der Hand. Gerade für kurze Einheiten zwischendurch ist es perfekt geeignet. Mir gefällt besonders, dass es unkompliziert ist und trotzdem einen spürbaren Trainingseffekt hat. Fazit: einfaches, aber sehr effektives Tool für Unterarme und Griffkraft – macht mehr Spaß, als man denkt.
