What's under the bag? i ask because in the pictures on top of product page, the top of the back of the bag says: please don't look under the bag

What is the shelf life? In other words, how long does it stay good after opening?

I have some in a kitchen storage container and it has been there nearly 6mth and is still fresh. However, I would say that is due to the container I placed it into. If yours is air tight and kept in the cabinet it could last this long as well.

Is this dry enough for me to make coconut butter in my cuisinart?
