I do feel like the spikes are almost too spiky. I think something a bit softer would have been nice. It works great for legs and for the back, but is kind of too awkward and sharp to get into places with more bones like the shoulders and neck, which is what I wanted it for. It is still useful for other things, but could have been better.

I did start to see improvement in cellulite in just 2 weeks. Best Tip* use it after a hot shower as your Fascia tissue is more soften then. It does cause Bruising though why i give it 4star.

Only used it for the day. My leg hurts so bad and I have spider veins developing where the pain is coming from. I’d rather have cellulite than spider veins! No thank you.

This thing is the best thing I have bought for my legs. I use it as a massage for my legs after I workout and I love it how it feels. I tried it on my arms too and I love it. I recommend this product!!

Ouch! So many bruises.

Have tense muscles from traveling so rubbed that up and down back-felt great. Have not noticed if 'fat' disappearing but the relief to my muscles is very much worth it. Handy to carry in large tote or backpack. Nicely priced and makes a good gift. Who doesn't need sore muscles to get a quicky massage?
