LOVE this simple and portable way to exercise. I have had the earlier version of the bullworker for years and it has been great being able to keep it so readily accessible (it’s so compact!). You definitely want to take a little time to read the little booklet it comes with, its quick to learn and once you know, it becomes such a versatile way to exercise, I primarily use it to stretch and build my upper body strength. Being a dad of 4 and traveling, I just bring it everywhere I go and get a workout whenever I can since it’s so easy to keep near. Decided to get this Bullworker Pro and as soon as I opened it, it just feels like real quality, the other one I have is strong and is basically like the day I brought it but THIS new one, wow. It has grips that feel really good and just overall feels like a luxury product. Looking forward to using it for years to come. I have been so jazzed to have it this week I even had my wife take a few action shots!

When it first launched, we immediately recognised the pure genius of simplicity in creating what, in our humble opinion, is perhaps the finest and most versatile portable self-resistance and isometric exercise tool ever invented. A pair of Iso-Bows can easily fit into the pocket of an average pair of jeans and travel anywhere. Yet they can be deployed within seconds to deliver a devastatingly powerful total-body workout session literally anywhere. The Iso-Bow Pro goes one step further. It enables one to perform perfect Dynamic Flexation to ease into and out of any exercise in perfect form. As an exercise science researcher, I invented Dynamic Flexation, which I named many years ago. It is an essential technique that allows one to safely apply increasing force while assuming a correct biomechanical position to perform an isometric exercise and then reverse the technique to disengage from it afterwards. It was easy to perform Dynamic Flexation with a standard Iso-Bow; however, the Iso-Bow Pro takes this to the next level. Adding a simple yet effective 7 lbs (3.175 KG) intersection strap between each Iso-Bow handle allows the user to properly feel tension while applying Dynamic Flexation as they apply force in each exercise. As an exercise science specialist, author of over 20 books on the subject, and former coach to the 4-time World’s Strongest Man, Jon Pall Sigmarsson, I did not think improving on the almost perfect original Iso-Bow was possible, but they have. The Bullworker Company has done it again by improving on what was already a near-perfect device. We cannot recommend the Iso-Bow Pro highly enough. If one already owns a pair of original Iso-Bows, adding a pair of Iso-Bow Pro devices should be considered an essential addition to what is already a near-perfect set of isometric and self-resistance exercise tools.

A bit gimmicky, not much to it. Nylon strap and handle feel a bit lower quality, but more than ample for what the exercises require. I'm adding this to my travel workout kit, along with resistance bands and a cheap suspension trainer. I did get a surprisingly good pump from it.

When I saw this on the Bioneer (a British fitness influencer on YouTube) My first thought was this looks interesting but I can't see how this would be terribly useful. Now that I've had it for 24 hours and my deltoids and my upper back are aching because I have actually overused this thing...I've got to say this is no joke. I will continue to use this and follow the booklet. The only thing I could recommend is put some videos out on exactly how to use this because the pictures are nice but for someone that's never really done isometrics videos would be more useful. Especially if they came from the company. That said excellent product, excellent delivery, really nice book that comes with it that folds flat or lays flat.... Given its size, weight and ease of use... well worth the mone! As far as a question of durability will see how it lasts but so far I'm very pleased and I can endorse this product!

Schnelle Lieferung, wie immer 👍 Nun, das Gerät erfüllt seinen Zweck, keine Frage. Was stört, ist das entsetzliche Knarren der Gurte an den Griffen, wenn das Band sich darin unter Belastung bewegt. Ich habe mir nun zwei Zugriffe aus gleichem Material eines anderen Trainingsgerätes zusammengehakt, damit klappt es genauso, nur ohne das Knarren. Hätte ich die Verpackung nicht vorschnell entsorgt, wäre der Iso-Bow zurückgegangen.

Exactly as described. Durable and comfortable grip. I use reading glasses but I don't think the booklet is too small, it's laminated and easy to use.

Love this. Great for deep stretches and a convenient alternative when you can’t make it to the gym. Easy to travel with, comes with a manual to get you started, and there are plenty of YouTube videos to follow. I use it every day for stretching — it’s the best.
