Does this come with the tabs? And is this used for securing the back onto picture frames and shadow boxes?

I was very anti on this way of securing the back until I needed to do because of an antique frame. I won't use anything else from now on.

Where do you get refills?

I usually order them online. Amazon has them. The specifics for ordering come with it. Be sure you get the right size.

does this come with rigid or flexible points?

They seem to be more rigid then flexible

How big is the topl itself? I want to use on 5" x 7" frames.

It works well on 5 x 7 and up to much larger frames. I really am glad that I bought it. I hope you have success with it too if you do.
