Very good thus far! I notice that my urination has increased so the tea is really working. It helps with bloated stomach issues and ankle swelling. I drink at least 2/3 cups a day. Thank you!

These teabags actually work... not like a diuretic but close enough that drinking the tea daily keeps my ankles from swelling without taking another pill... Now I save the teabag and add it to another cup with another type of tea for the added benefit. The taste is not unpleasant but not my favorite and so by adding a teabag to another more flavorful tea works.

Great tea, but 4 stars because the bags are synthetic. I am cutting them open and putting into stainless steel infuser.

When we first opened the bag, the herbal smell was the very first thing we noticed fresh, earthy, and comforting. You can immediately tell it’s made with real herbs, not something overly processed. The package comes with 30 tea bags, which is great for daily use and consistency. Today is only day 1 of using this lymphatic drainage tea, so we’re keeping an open mind and giving it time to see how it works for us. Once brewed, the tea turned a tannish-brown color, which felt very natural and reassuring. What surprised us most was the taste. It’s smooth and pleasant, with a subtle hint of sweetness that doesn’t feel artificial or overpowering. It goes down easily and is actually enjoyable to drink, even without adding anything extra. So far, the experience has been positive from the aroma to the flavor. We’re looking forward to continuing to use it and seeing how it supports us over time.

Has really helped me and I mix it with lemon, ginger and honey fir a great drink.
