used for popping boba
I got this calcium lactate powder to use with the sodium alginate for making popping boba and it works just like it should. Dissolves easy in water and reacts the right way when you drop the mix in. I still need to perfect my boba process but the powder itself is solid. No weird taste, no clumps, just does what the recipe calls for. Works as intended and I’d use it again.
