I ordered the Black Suri toothbrush and this has changed the game! This is my first power sonic toothbrush, so didn’t know what to expect but my gosh I am blown away! From the packaging to the product, it is has a high quality, minimalistic design. The body of the brush has a well balanced weight that feels light, yet solid in the hand. The neck and head of the brush allows for easy navigating and leaves your teeth feeling clean, polished and smooth. It comes with a magnetic holder to place on your mirror or shower, leaving your space clean and clutter free. I think it is also important to mention the environmental awareness and sustainability efforts that goes into their products, makes you feel like you’re helping to do your part. I can say that for the first time in (insert age here) years, I actually look forward to brushing my teeth. This has changed my oral care experience — thank you!

The toothbrush really helps! My teeth have never been cleaner!

This toothbrush just doesn’t get my teeth clean. I’ve tried everything, and I still get a better clean with a manual toothbrush - let alone with another electric toothbrush. I can still feel the plaque on my teeth after using this toothbrush. At one point, I even tried brushing my teeth for EIGHT minutes using both modes, and there was still plaque on my teeth. Don’t buy this toothbrush. It’s basically e-waste.

This was my first electric toothbrush ever! I did plenty of research before the purchase and Suri checked all the boxes. I love there is a whole sustainability story behind it, that's very important to me. Design and build speak quality! The best part is the cleanliness feeling after brushing- it feels like I had professional cleaning done. Totally recommend!!!

Awesome toothbrush, changed my cleaning habits. I now look forward to brushing my teeth at least twice a day. Recommended them for all my friends and family and even bought a few for my fire victim friends here in California.

I love this toothbrush! It has a sleek and modern design unlike many other electric toothbrushes that are big and bulky. More importantly, it does an amazing job cleaning, it feels like I just got back from the dentist! The fact it is eco friendly makes it even better.

I love my new toothbrush! The bristles are incredibly soft, and the angled tip of the brush head makes it excellent for thorough cleaning. However, the handle feels a bit too narrow, and the button is overly sensitive. I often turn the toothbrush off accidentally while brushing. It would be ideal if the button were either less sensitive or placed in a position less likely to be gripped naturally during use.

I went through two of these with both failing within 6 months of purchase. The last one failed in less than a month.

I have been using an electric toothbrush for a long while, the one with the rotating head. I have been noticing that that they are no longer particularly durable and are expensive to run. When my last one broke, it was time for a change. I have read a few reviews on the Suri toothbrush, and they were generally very good, I also liked the green credentials of the company. I have been using the brush for well over a month, and I have yet to recharge it, the brush head looks new with no spreading of the filaments. The toothbrush cleans my teeth well, especially on polish mode. It is comfortable to hold and use. The brush pauses briefly to help manage the cleaning of each quadrant. The only thing I don't like is that the brush turns off after 2 minutes, and you have to restart it if you have not quite finished.

Got one for my partner last Christmas (I know super romantic), she loves it. I got one myself over black Friday and I love it too. It just works, the battery lasts, it feels quality and its sustainable. It also looks good with the selection of pastel colours.

I purchased this electric toothbrush with high expectations, but unfortunately, it fell short in several areas—particularly with its charging system. From the start, the charger was unreliable and struggled to charge the toothbrush properly. Although the toothbrush was charging, the LED light stoped working after a couple of months. After only one year of use, the battery completely stopped charging, rendering the toothbrush useless. I am now also out of warranty to replace/repair the toothbrush. Performance-wise, the toothbrush was decent while it worked. It cleaned well enough and had a battery capacity comparable to another leading brand which produces oral electric toothbrushes. However, given the compareable price point, if not higher at this point in time, I expected much better durability and reliability. The biggest disappointment was the fact that it only lasted a year, which is unacceptable for such an expensive product. For the price, I would have expected a longer lifespan and a more dependable charging system. The worst thing is that the manufacturer knows that the charging of this product is not reliable as seen on their FAQ on their website. Overall, while the toothbrush performed adequately during its short lifespan, the poor charging system and lack of durability make it impossible to recommend. If you're looking for a reliable and long-lasting electric toothbrush, you may be better off considering other leading ORAL toothbrush brands that offer better value for the price. The toothbrush is going to the bin so much for sustainability...

I decided to switch to a sonic toothbrush instead of a traditional one. My first impression of the product was good, and after reading several reviews on Amazon—which were generally positive—I bought three of them at different times. The first one I used for about three months. It worked well, and I was satisfied that the battery lasted for more than a month on a single charge. I then bought another one for my son. Unfortunately, the first toothbrush suddenly stopped working after about ten months. I thought it might just be bad luck, since small electronic products sometimes fail. That’s why I decided to try buying another one for myself. However, one day my son told me that his toothbrush had also stopped working after only about six months. I didn’t expect the quality to be so poor. The third toothbrush I bought has been in use for about three months so far, and I hope it lasts much longer. Because of these experiences, I don’t believe the advertising claims about the product being environmentally friendly. To me, it feels like just a gimmick. I don’t expect a small electric product like this to last more than three years, but less than a year is unacceptable.
