This item was constructed well, but it was not an extra large size it did not even meet in the middle, so I had to send it back, so if you are under a size 14 it would fit you.

Despite a woman in the picture advertising - the size M I ordered (I am a size 10) is too small. I am very disappointed

Lovely comfortable belt gives off natural heat
Lovely comfortable belt gives off natural heat. The small size comes up really small. I have a 26 inch waist and the Velcro keeps getting undone.

Poor quality design
Product looked to be reasonable and fits following the size guide given. Unfortunately the items velcro broke after only 1 use rendering use difficult.
