For those of you who use scleral lenses, this is indispensable. It is not easy to find preservative free saline that is safe and affordable. I've been using this for years now and never had a problem with the product quality or availability. The best part is that you can buy the 12 pack of 4oz bottles so you don't have to have a bottle open very long. I would definitely give this a try.

I’ve been using PuriLens Plus preservative-free saline for my daily contact lenses, and I’m really happy with it. It feels very gentle on my eyes, especially because I have some sensitivity, and it doesn’t cause any irritation. I like that it’s preservative-free, which makes it safer for everyday use.It keeps my lenses clean and comfortable throughout the day, and my eyes don’t feel dry like they sometimes do with other solutions. The bottles are also easy to use and convenient to carry.

In order this preservative freesaline solution to use with my gas permeable contact lenses. I have no issues with what’s inside the bottle at all. It’s sealed nicely. You have to take off this little white ring that’s under the lid, then put the lid back on and screw it in tightly to create the hole. It comes in the 4 ounce bottle, which is great for travel. The only con is that I feel like it’s very expensive but it’s only one of two brands I can find in this size.

Before 2015, I used to order unisol online or buy it directly in the USA for 5 yesrs (since 2010) as it did not get sold anywhere. When the manufacturers stopped producing unisol, Purilens came out as a savior from Washington and New York. Years ago, I visited purilens lab located in a basement in Manhattan, NYC. Great work and team. I have seen throughout these years that Purilens is by far the best replacing solution for unisol; it is the only solution that is soft and healthy to my eyes. I noticed that it sometimes help soothe my allergic red eye when I apply purilens directly into my eyes so arguably i can also be used as a replacement of eyedrops lol. That’s because it’s neutral alkaline - not the typical commercial lens disinfectant solution. The price in the US is v good and I understand why it’s so expensive ordering it online because of it is not sold in pharmacies.

Good product, delivery was fast

The box arrived in mint condition, ahead of time and exactly as ordered. Will definitely reorder when the time comes. My wife started using it on our Mini Pomeranian, works better than the recommended eye wipes. I find it does have a little sting a little, when I first insert my lens, which I assume is the boric acid? The volume of the order was excellent and the price was very reasonable, used to use Lacril tears and the pink saline tubes, I’m finding this solution a very good replacement . I ordered it after reading a review of shard contact eye solutions recommend by a keratinous sufferer who wears scleral lens. I have yet to try the cleaning solution he recommend, but so far they were great tips. Cheers Cliff
