THIS IS A REFILL, INCLUDES WAZ AND ANESTHETIC GEL. Please note that this Brace Gard is not regular dental wax. It is made from a special dental-grade silicone formed in a long mold-able strip. It can also be cut to accommodate single brackets and other ortho appliances. Brace Relief Pocket Kit contains 4 large extra-thick rods of Brace Gard orthodontic dental silicone strips, and 1/8 oz tube of analgesic gel. The Brace Gard Silicone is a totally new concept in bracket protection. It is simply pinched over the offending bracket, pushing material under and behind the bracket, forming a gripping configuration (mechanical retention). You can remove and reapply it, and even mold it across several teeth at once to form a protective mouth guard. Waste of money
Completely useless. Hard silicone like the stuff you put in a hot glue gun. Not maleable or sticky at all. It just stays hard.

its quite comfortable to wear like you're not wearing anything
Bought this repeatedly since it works well. I usually cut it to size especially if my braces bothers me. You can used it maybe 4-6x before it falls to pieces. Once its molded to your teeth, its quite comfortable to wear like you're not wearing anything, so comfortable that I forgot I'm wearing one. Just follow instruction and must stick this with dry gum/teeth so it stick and mold well.

Terrible. If I hadn’t went out of town and waited too long I would have returned these. These don’t work at all. Just money thrown away.

Ripoff-They fall off - will not stick to brackets and cant return
I did not like them at all. I could not get them to stay on for even a minute. A total waste. Very disappointing. I have tried other products like OrthoDots and hoped these would be better but they are not at all. Orthodots are much better but costly for 1 time use per dot. I just found out I cannot return for a refund. What a ripoff.

nice silicone
the silicone does work better than wax, stays on better and feels smoother. The gel though, taste so bitter! be caseful when you apply it, it really numbs my lips, so don't put too much, it can numb your whole mouth.... don't really like the gel thus -1 star

Worked perfectly for my son who plays Horn. He thought the gel didn't do much. So sad that we can't reorder.
