I never write reviews, but I had to write one about this berberine. First, I love the Pure brand, but once the Nestle company purchased the brand, I was concerned the product quality would not be as good. Thank goodness, Pure has maintained its quality, and this brand is by far the best brand on the market, in my opinion. I ordered several brands of berberine, as I did not wish to take prescription I was given. Not only does this brand work, but even though I had stomach issues for the first couple of days, my body did adjust to it, and it now works like a charm, and I highly recommend!

High-quality berberine that actually works. I’ve tried a few brands and this is the first one that made a noticeable difference for me. It absorbs quickly and doesn’t upset my stomach. When paired with chromium, it helped quiet my food noise and made staying on track with my nutrition feel way easier. Will definitely repurchase.

Good product that we take to keep our blood sugar low

I was on one of the very popular shots and achieved my goal weight. A doctor suggested this as a more natural way to maintain. I don’t know why, but I decided to take two tablets a day. I continued to lose weight and I felt much better than being on a shot. Significantly less side effects! I think that anyone who wants to lose weight whose insurance won’t cover the shots, that they take two of these per day. If you just want to maintain weight loss, one pill only. Now, of course I’m not a doctor, so please ask your doctor what they think!

The berberine seems to be good. I only gave 4 stars because the capsules keep getting hung up in my throat - and yes, I take a lot of supplements that have better capsules that go down easier. For the price of them, one would think they could afford to encase the berberine in a better capsule that goes down easier.

Not knowing what to expect, I wanted something to help control my sugars, been taking it for 3-4 weeks and didn’t really notice a difference but what I can tell you is I decided to have a couple glasses of wine with dinner last evening and I rarely drink. Thinking I was gonna have a headache and be hung over I didn’t get tipsy at all. So to say the least it controlled the sugars in the wine so I’m gonna continue to take and hopefully I can see a difference in my lab test. I take it twice a day about 30-45 mins before I eat. That seems to work best
