Digestive issues run in my family and I was having this strange rumbling feeling in my stomach that was very strange (hard to describe but it’s like your stomach is shaking inside your body). About a year ago, I started on Probiotics to see if that would help the issue. And thankfully, it did. But the Probiotics I bought had a lot of sugar coating on them and being Diabetic, this would not do for a long-term solution. I haven’t been using these Probiotics very long but they work just as well as the previous ones (over the counter at the grocery store brand). Instructions say to take 2 per day after eating and each gummy has 50 billion CFU’s (across 10 strains). Depending on the brand, some probiotics have only 1 billion CFU and some up to 100 million CFU per gummy or capsule. After doing a bit of research (there is some conflicting information out there but the most common amount stated was that people without any special medical issues need approximately 15 billion CFU per day). And although this is a great supplement with a strong ingredient list (including pH-balancing components for women’s V health), the gummies are on the expensive side at 120 for $39.99 (a two-month supply). The gummies are small, easy to chew and swallow and have a good berry taste to them. There is no horrible aftertaste, odor or anything negative to report. This includes any stomach irritation or upset. As for the ingredients, the gummies are organic, made with natural ingredients, are non-GMO and does not contain wheat, eggs, shellfish, soy, gelatin, peanuts, dairy or yeast. It is also sugar free which is great for us Diabetics. Overall, this is a great product but I have concerns over the cost. If you can afford it, this is the one I would recommend for women but if not, there are cheaper alternatives that can still give you good gut health without the pH-balancing component.

I noticed a difference in my digestive issues within 2 days of starting this probiotic. It has returned normal bacteria to my digestive & feminine health. Being a great tasting gummy is a plus, as I have difficulty swallowing pills. I’m very pleased.

I've taken these for several months and absolutely nothing has changed. Save your money! I think all of these are just a money grab. They taste amazing so I have to give them that but you should just get a pack of gummies from the store I'm sure you would have the same outcome... garbage. (Sue)
